NOTICE OF FINANCIAL INFORMATION PRIVACY RIGHTS
This notice is required for all our Consumer Customers. These are customers that use our services for personal, family or household purposes. This notice describes how we may share your non-public information with Affiliates and Non-Affiliates. An Affiliate is a company that we own or control, or that owns or controls us. Ownership does not mean complete ownership, but includes a certain amount of common ownership. A Non-Affiliate is another entity that is not an Affiliate.
We collect non-public personal information from your applications or other forms submitted by you for our services, from other creditors, credit reporting agencies, and transactions with us and other non-affiliated parties.
Federal Law allows us to disclose this information to certain affiliate and non-affiliate companies such as our data processing service provider, credit reporting agencies, other creditors and other service providers that assist us in providing service to you.

We have never shared non-public personal information with others unless it was to:
1. Service providers which we use to process your application or provide services to
you, such as title insurance companies, attorneys, credit bureaus and insurance
companies.
2. Creditors and companies with which you applied for, or have current or past
business.
3. Other entities allowed by Law or that you have authorized.
